What we collect

Reading this site: nothing about you. There are no accounts, cookies or advertising trackers here.

Launch list: if you leave your email on our launching-soon page, we keep that email, the sanitizer you picked (if any) and when you agreed, only to tell you when Hotubby launches. Ask us any time and we'll delete it; every email has an unsubscribe link.

When you pre-order (once pre-orders open): your name, email, shipping address, what you ordered and what you paid, so we can ship your Hotubby, send the emails the pre-order terms promise, and refund you if you cancel.

Payments

Card details are entered on our payment provider's page, not on this site. We never see or store your card details.

What we use it for

Only to fill and refund pre-orders and to email you about your pre-order and the build. We don't sell or rent your details.

Where it's kept

With our payment provider, and in storage used only for Hotubby, hosted by our web provider (Cloudflare).

Your choices

To have your details deleted, reply to any of our emails and ask; we'll delete them, keeping only what the law requires for a sale or refund.
